All Punk Rock Sounds the Same

Working on the assembly line;
each one the same: it’ll turn out fine.
We’ve got this down to a science; this is no place for creative defiance.
Each day the same like the one before, and tomorrow’ll be a good day for one more.
If you don’t like it leave or stay;
we’ll still do things our own way.
All punk rock sounds the same—same ol’ song with a different name. All our songs sound the same—same ol’ song with a different name.
You think you’ve heard this one before; stick around to hear same more. Each one the same; each one so lame; same lame song; different lame name. If it ain’t broke don’t throw it away; that’s why things become cliché. Down with the man; down with his plan; united we fall and divided we stand.
Verse chorus thrice, bridge chorus end; this is the model we follow my friend. Strain my voice; scream and shout; play real fast, and play real loud. A piano with all the same keys; a story with all the same themes. It’s all the same; your ears will agree; chorus to the bridge then we’ll sing:
