I Need You Now

Lord it seems I've lost myself again, and I want to come back to You. When things are fine, I'll move You to the back of my mind unintentionally. More than a best friend, You'll never leave my side, no matter what I do. When times are bad, I know You'll be there, to help me through.

I'm sorry Lord for ignoring You. And forgive me Lord. I need You. I need You now.

This road of life likes to twist and turn, and I like to go astray. But I know when I set my eyes on You, You'll show me the way.

I want You to point me in the right direction. I want You to tell me where to go. I want You to put Your Hand on my shoulder.
