Lonely Road (Prayer)

Every time life has me down, and it seems I have nowhere to go there’s not a single friend in the town, except for lonely road. I like to walk there when I’m sad. I like to walk there when I’m down. But the truth is that I’m only glad when my Best Friend Jesus Christ is around because He says:

Don’t worry about tomorrow, just sit back and enjoy today. Put your hand in the Hand of the Holy Man. He’s gonna take you places that you’ve never seen.

As you grow up depression comes easy; friends come and go as they please. One day someone says they love you; the next day they’re your enemy. The truth is that as you grow older the Light will only shine through if you put your faith in Jesus ‘cause He’s the One who can pull you through.
