Here I stand looking over your pale white face. Eyes closed, everything’s out of place. I call your name, but there’s no reply. I turn cold as I start to cry. I stop to pray that maybe it’s a dream. I know it’s not when I hear myself scream. On my knees violence strikes my mind. Lighting struck, and it was the end of time.
The skies turned black, and the cold winds came. She had died, but what was her name? It was the end of time. Everything for the last time. It was the end of time.
I’d never thought that I would see this day. But here it was, and I was in dismay. The end of time, only two minutes away. So much to do, and even more to say.
Pack your bags, we’re going for a long, long ride. Where we’ll stop no one can decide. The ground was shaking. I could see the flame. In a minute nothing would be the same.
Scorched earth, nothing to be seen. Black hole sucking up the universe completely. All compacted into the size of a dime. I looked down and saw it was the end of time.
